Itchy Fingers
I have really itchy fingers, I wanted to buy the marble plastic bag, but then I saw the postage and packaging, the white butterfly shirt dress I wanted has finally gone, was waiting one extra week til I could finally buy it. I spent the weekend trying to find a replacement.
I dream to have a dress like this
I am really partially to the teal green dress but the postage and packaging is 2/3 of the dress price. I like the colours of the spotted dress, if it had pockets it would be idle. The black eyelet dress is cute purse friendly and flexible.
I thought I would place my favourite dress along other dresses I really like but were out of my price point, I think the reason I like the dress so much is because of the styling and the shape achieved with a petticoat. Need to buy momentary sated.

Bexhill on Sea
Over Christmas I spent the holidays with my mother boyfriend family, who most live in the most sunniest seaside town. I want to the De Varr Pavillion, which overlooks the sea they have a gallery, cinema and restaurent, housed in art deco building.
Two vintage shops and antiques stores, my kind of town unfortunately they were all closed as it was boxing day.

Asda Shopping Sweep
The Tesco version was a disaster for me, here's hopping Asda version of Miu Miu graphic print dress is a better fit.
My new job has made me quite good as pre planning for future events, one thing I don't enjoy buying is that interview outfit, I don't believe in buying a cheap suit if you cant afford a good suit is best to go with separates, at least they can be reused.
Which is why I was shopping before work, finally the fitting room was open, no more excuses
These two dresses are the same design and priced at £10, the roses on the grey dress look like they are hand painted, unfortunately the grey tone washes out dark skin tones. For £10 dress the graphic print didn't look cheap, it slightly fitted at the top, so in a plus size you don't resemble a tent, straight into the basket it went.
I had been admiring the Grey Ponte dress for a while, at £9 it didn't look cheap but I would ignore the black version. The dress is fine, the only thing you would need to make sure is that you have good contouring undergarments as its almost a every lump kind of dress and those with saddle bags step away. The black Ponte pin tuck dress is priced at £16, it was made from a thicker fabric then the £9 dress. I had high hopes and all was well until got to the waist, I had developed a shelf of fabric, not quite the look. 1 out of 3 success rate in a 5 minute shop before work, not bad.

New Year Joy!
Did you have a Happy New Year? Did you dance and drink champagne and dazzle in sequin and velour? I tend to avoid New Year eve, if there is no plan, I stayed at my Aunts, was educated in the terms of Brut and Pommery. I was feeling a bit fortunate when I won champagne as part of my raffle prize until I found out it was made out of left overs. The rest of my raffle prize consisted of Carmel nuts, chocolate truffles, chocolate and Christmas pudding, was not well received by the people that tried them. The Carmel nuts were described as salty, the truffles weren't nice, 8 chocolates pieces wasn't enough. And the Christmas pud made people way too familiar with the toilet.
One of my New Years pledge was to became less dead pan, so all I could think of was a comment that it was freebies sent to my work place and you can't look a gift horse in the mouth. Yes 1 day into the new year and it already sucked, just like before.
Worst Luck and More it Suck's
I missed my prize, I entered a competition via The Mysterious Life of Metropolitan Housewife blog and actual won, but because I don't have Internet access, and I was staying in places that don't have Internet I couldn't claim it in time. I have the worst luck in prize giving. Winning beauty products that you are allergic too, winning tickets to a weekend festivals, after lending money to family. My upcoming jury service has really ballsed up my job chances, as the job I really need and wanted, assessment day is during my jury service, and I already deferred due to financial hardship.
You see, I have the worst luck.
Just waiting for the "luck" to continue, rent increase and officially it will be a worst year then last year.
